Writing a book is not an easy business. It is rather an intimidating enterprise. If someone manages to overcome his fears and puts himself in the public eye by publishing a book, he is quite a hero. He had something to say that made him ready to leave his comfort zone. He needs a chance to be read. No one can find time to read all the books but all books have stories to tell.
